Sleep, Eat and Launder
Previously on the Three Mousekateers, Agent K foiled the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz, my daughter found her Voice and my son upped his defenses. With four days of magic on the books, we were very much in need...
Of a little bit of a break!
Groundhog's Day crowd level predictions for the parks were medium, so we decided to take a day to kick around the resort and Downtown Disney and just rest.
After returning Susan's iPhone charger, we played at the Lego Store for a while, then window shopped and the kids collected another few pressed pennies from the various machines.
When we started to get hungry, we headed back to the Downtown Disney buses. It was time to resort hop!
We arrived at Beaches and Cream with plenty of time to wander a bit before our ADR. Kylee and I split the falafel while Chris ordered the hot dog. They were lovely, I'm sure, but we really came for the ice cream!
Mickey Sundae going...
Going...
Gone.
We took the long way home. We walked right up to the dock as the FriendShip to Hollywood Studios arrived and again in the Hollywood Studio bus stop when the All Star Movies bus arrived. We stopped by the room and the kiddos slipped into their swimsuits while I gathered the laundry. I popped in our clothes then the kids swam and played pool deck games and shivered and squealed. (I don't like swimming when it's that cold, but it's never stopped the kids.
We all flipped the laundry into the dryers then took the children up to the room for hot showers.
I picked up some pizzas from the food court and we enjoyed a movie night with pizza. After all of the previous days pixie dust wore off, not one of us made it through the end of High School Musical 3. Did Troy and Gabriella end up back together?
The world may never know.
