I am thankful for all my friends!

 

Those who I talk to everyday and who fill my children's emergency contact forms.  

Those I go months without seeing but are there for a quick text or chat and pickup like no time passed at all.

Those who know my past and those who are open to listening.

Those who love me and let me love them as naturally as breathing.

Those who challenge me.

Those who see the best in me even when I can't see it.

Those who do not let me settle for being "good enough" but expect me to grow.

Those who share my interests and hobbies and loves and causes.

 



Those who stay friends even though we're dissimilar as twilight and dawn.

Those who can accept the goofy and serious with equal companionship.

Those who just pass the time as we supervise the kids on the playground.

Those who are a beautiful mess, unpretentious and refreshingly honest.

Those who hope and dream unapologetically.

New friends and old friends and all kinds of real.
